Founding Partner
Andrew Bull founded Bull Harttraft LLP to bridge the gap between traditional securities regulation and the rapidly evolving landscape of digital assets. With deep roots in securities law and a forward-looking understanding of blockchain technology, Andrew has built a practice that advises token issuers, protocol developers, and digital asset funds through the full spectrum of regulatory challenges. His experience spans SEC and CFTC compliance, token offering structuring, and the development of legal frameworks for decentralized organizations.
Before founding the firm, Andrew practiced securities law at prominent institutions where he developed expertise in regulatory compliance, investment fund structuring, and capital markets transactions. That foundation informs his approach to digital asset matters, where he brings the same rigor and institutional perspective to an industry that often demands creative legal solutions. He has guided projects through Regulation D and Regulation S offerings, designed governance structures for DAOs, and counseled clients on cross-border token distributions.
Andrew is recognized in the blockchain legal community for his pragmatic approach to emerging regulatory frameworks. He regularly advises on the intersection of federal securities law and distributed ledger technology, helping clients navigate ambiguity while maintaining defensible compliance positions. His practice reflects a core belief that the best legal counsel in this space requires both deep technical understanding and traditional regulatory expertise.
